"Will you combine shipping if i buy more than one shirt?"

ANSWER: If you buy several products on GoneBold.gift and all products are shipped from the same location, you will receive combined/discounted shipping. However if your items ship from different locations they will arrive in different packages so the shipping will not be combined, please note however that we have a free shipping offer after for larger orders, please see red bar promo on our home page.

"I placed my order two days ago and still no tracking info, when was my item shipped?"

ANSWER: It takes at least two BUSINESS days weekends excluded for your product to be produced/printed/or manufactured. Please allow extra time during holidays. Please feel free to email if you think your item is late and will send you the update on your production/shipping status. 

"I changed my mind and want to return my shirt, do you accept returns and do refunds?"

ANSWER: Each product is made after a customer places his/her order and what's printed cannot be unprinted so please make sure you use a sizing chart before ordering, we do however accept returns and do complete refunds if you find there's something wrong with your item of if you received a wrong product.
